NEWS

Dear Patients & Colleagues:

We are excited to announce that the providers of our practice have formed new affiliations. We are confident that our new associations will allow us to continue providing the highest quality comprehensive care for our patients with arterial and venous disease. And, we remain dedicated to providing our patients in San Antonio and South Texas with the compassionate, state-of-the-art vascular care they deserve.

While this change for our Downtown practice providers became effective in December 2023, PVA’s Medical Center providers will begin this transition to their new associations on January 8, 2024.

Please know that your care will proceed uninterrupted, and providers will continue to offer care in their previously serviced communities. We appreciate your patience during our transition. We are working diligently to make it a seamless process.

Thank you for your ongoing trust and support in our team, and we look forward to continuing to care for your vascular care needs.

To see your provider’s new practice and contact information, please visit their bio page at https://pvasatx.com/pva-doctors-providers/.

If you have any questions, or would like to obtain a copy of your medical records, please call PVA at (210) 237-4444.

Sincerely,

John Gilpin | Chief Executive Officer
